Shows how to keep yourself accountable to your new habits
By Ann
This book has helped show me how to align my behaviors (habits) with my goals and suggested ways of keeping myself accountable which is where I had really let myself down in the past and Ive found that information to be invaluable. Well formatted which is always a bonus when reading via kindle.

Good Book Nice Ideas
By Chris
Good book with some nice ideas. Easy to understand and I like the fact that I don't have to read hundreds of pages to find out what I actually brought the book for.

Made Me Think Differently
By Jordy
I was a little concerned about the series title but I was pleasantly surprised. Its a book that gets straight to the point unlike so many others that are full of fluff. Love a good read, but with non fiction books like this I prefer this format of cutting straight to the chase. Overall some great points that made me think differently and a great first foray into the kindle book world for me.
